“The Harlem Book Fair” is returning to the Hartford, CT, Public Library on Saturday, Sept. 15th, 2007 from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Besides books, there will be poetry readings, panel discussions, music, dance, and cartoon workshop for kids.
